WT -> BCC Invoice Enhancement -> Edit billing shown a blank pop up for Admin - can't edit billing details

      Description

      • log in as Admin
      • company - Rashmita_Symphony_12478
      • create a template
      • create an invoice which will have multiple records
      • try clicking on Edit Billing option for any record

      Blank Pop Up - Admin can not edit the billing details

            Verified the fix on Local (wt-stage) environment, for "ASML" company on 15 Nov 2016.

            Now pop for edit billing is display properly for Admin. Also admin can edit and save the bill changes. Please refer below screenshot for more details.

            Verified the fix on Stage environment, "Invoice Management" link is not visible to the Company Admin, also Server error is displaying when company admin clicks on "View finalized invoices" link.
            Verified on companies - "Austin For HSPL" and "Marquette For HSPL" :
