My Director of Compliance and Compensation was enrolling and asked me to pop in her office b/c she was having issues with the compare features. Here is what she showed me:
1) For medical: when selecting all plans, the box pops up however it only shows two plans and then you have to again click select all plans within the popup to see the full comparison
2) For dental: she selected the high option, hit enroll and then wanted to compare once more but when we clicked the button, no box popped up. Did we not do a compare for dental? I thought so
3) For CI and Accident: same thing as dental. Went to enroll and then went to compare to the other plan and no box popped up. Can we look at this?
Hi Rajendra,
Mentioned error log seems resolved for Dental plan. Can you please verify this on LB once?
