My Director of Compliance and Compensation was enrolling and asked me to pop in her office b/c she was having issues with the compare features. Here is what she showed me:
1) For medical: when selecting all plans, the box pops up however it only shows two plans and then you have to again click select all plans within the popup to see the full comparison
2) For dental: she selected the high option, hit enroll and then wanted to compare once more but when we clicked the button, no box popped up. Did we not do a compare for dental? I thought so
3) For CI and Accident: same thing as dental. Went to enroll and then went to compare to the other plan and no box popped up. Can we look at this?
Verified on Stage using company five guys demo. Below issue found.

Recommandation : Display checkbox to select with second paln and show comparison popup on Compare button.

Above issue is fixed by removing compare button. Above given recommendation can be considered for value addition later.

Verified on production using company Five Guys for HSPL. Below issues observed :
1.There are two plans under Accident benifit. But no check boxes and comapre button. Now, if you waive the benefit, compare button and Select All check box appear. Here on Compare button, popup 'please select plan to compare is displayed' PFA screen shot Issue1.png
2.Under Voluntary STD benefit, one plan displayed. Here if you select waive the benefit, checkbox displayed. PFA screen shot Issue2.png

Hi Rajendra Joshi,
Compare Button and Check box are not visible to above mentioned benefit type because plans of these benefit type are not mapped in "Plan Comparison Builder". Please refer attached screen shot for more information.
Please map these plans in "Plan Comparison Builder" and verify again.

All - I don't want the compare button to be there which is why it isn't mapped. It should only be mapped on the Medical. The issue is that it IS coming up on the other benefit types even though it is not checked on the Plan Comparison.
Verified on LB using company city of lake worth. Server error observed on Waive Benefit under Dental. PFA screen shot and error log.

Mentioned error log seems resolved for Dental plan. Can you please verify this on LB once?

Verified on LB. Observed server error on all companies as exchange tile selected through SA login. Due to this, not able to test above fix. PFA screen shot.

Hi Rajendra Joshi,
We have fixed above mentioned points on Stage and LB. Could you please verify the same at your end.
Please note that, if employee has enrolled in any one plan in Benefit type, in this case compare button will consider enrolled plan as default during comparison.
