We have used existing ACA Customization for this run.Please verify the same on this company and please make changes on this screen if necessary,so that the report can be re-run with latest customization.
Also verify the Eligibility rules on 1095C report.

We have run "2016 1095C ASML" report.Please refer latest run for verification.
In this report,Cigna International benefit type was not selected.This was leading to wrong codes. But plans under Cigna International benefit type is marked as ACA plan. Please confirm the customization. I have selected Cigna International and re-run the report.
Note: Plans that are not marked as Minimum value will reflect the 1F code on 1095C report.
Also As per IRS guidelines, Void Box is not to be marked.

We have run "2016 1095C ASML" report.Please refer latest run for verification.
In this report,Cigna International benefit type was not selected.This was leading to wrong codes. But plans under Cigna International benefit type is marked as ACA plan. Please confirm the customization. I have selected Cigna International and re-run the report.
