        Hi Jennifer Leugers,

As per your mail communication, we have created a new rule as Union Benefits, selected this rule under Multi employer rule and furnished the forms. Union Benefits rules contains the union classes mentioned in the excel sheet.
1H-2E will be displayed for employees only for those months which satisfy the Union Benefits rule.
Please download the latest run for verification.

NOTE: If you refer code analytics tab (line 22 part) of Analysis report, you can see that these group is not providing MEC for all 12 months. Informing you this so as to avoid any last minute changes on 1095C and 1094C

All - these forms are still not right. They are including part-time in the run even though that class is not selected. The rates that are showing up are also not correct.

Example - Milagros Acosta is showing $140 for months January through May and then $164.67 for months June through December. When I do a QE for this employee for June 1, the lowest cost plan is $63.29 per pay period, or $126.58 per month.

Also - the Excel file is too large for us to download. It is over 65,000 lines which our Excel will not allow.

We need to get all items fixed ASAP for this group. They were expecting a final run last Friday.

        Hi Jennifer Leugers

This is a customization issue because aca is configured as use annual salary and the WORKTERRAis configured as use benefit salary on medical rate.

So suggest which salary need to use on ACA.Please confirm ASAP.

SBM - Please look at this tonight.

        1. From January 1, 2016 – May 31, 2016, SBM was using the W2 safe harbor. Employee monthly premium contributions were 9.5% of gross hourly pay. Then beginning June 1, 2016 – December 31, 2016, SBM used the rate of pay safe harbor. It appears from my first glance at the revised forms that you show W2 safe harbor for the entire year.

        2. Because we used the W2 safe harbor for the first half of last year, employees who earned less than $11.33 per hour, would not have paid the entire $140 employee monthly contribution. (Please see Brude Abathan’s 1095 C Form).

        Hi Cathleen Harrington,

1.The forms where using W2 safe harbor as it was set on ACA Customization.
We have updated the forms to show 2H(Rate of Pay) from June 1, 2016 – December 31, 2016.Please refer latest run for verification.

        2. We are not clear on what exactly should be the cost of EE who earned less than $11.33 per hour and would not have paid the entire $140 employee monthly contribution.
We will discuss this in call.

Smita Pawar:Please provide the analysis report and also break down the files so that they can be uploaded.
