We have verified same at our end and observed that "Cobra plan for ACA" was not marked as ACA plan.
Hence corrected employees were not presen in previous run.

We have rerun the reports by changing the customization. Please refer latest run to download the report.
Except 2 employees viz. SIMON M LOBDELL, KAREN A SINDELAR, all forms are generated with Line 14 code as 1G.
Forms of 2 employees are generated because they are not eligible to Medical Benefit.

If Employee has 1H 2A code for 12 months, then system will give 1G code for whole year

Description of code is as follow
1G- You were NOT a full-time employee for any month of the calendar year but were enrolled in self insured employer-sponsored coverage for one or more months of the calendar year. This code will beentered

1H- No offer of coverage (you were NOT offered any health coverage or you were offered coverage that is NOT minimum essential coverage).

2A -This only applies if the employee was not employed for any day of that month.

We are done with corrections.Please refer latest run to download.
Note: As we can not give 1H, 2A code for 12 months, 1G will get reflected on reports.
