Template Name : 5308 Rowise
the invoice shows Clone of Delta Dental Plan 1 record for employee Jered Adams on Invoice having cost of $44. But this cost is not included in the Provider wise export against Delta Dental AZ Provider.
So Total Amount Exporting on File is wrong for this provider
Please check this and update accordingly.

Concern :BCC Enhancement - cost is eliminated in providerwise export
Cause :This happens because JOIN for EmployeeHealthTierPolicyNumber_Log table, ImportExportEnrollmentDeductiondata, HealthTier were Not Proper.
Correction We have Handle this as of now in SP.
