Wrong cost is getting exported on the file if Self Insured Component is configured
I've configured self insured components for Medical plans (Gold_opposite and Silver Alt plans) DONOTUSE_CALLSTESTING on LB
Invoice for Heath Benefits is finalized and Verified the results on Provider wise Export file.Observed that the total billed amount getting exported on file and the Total Amount on finalized invoice is not matching .
Actual Amount : 1047768.87
Expected Amount : 974985.67

Verified the fix on LB for mentioned Self Insured Component . Total Amount getting exported on the file is proper for both (rowsie and Columnwise). Working as expected

Verified Self Insured component for Medical plan on stage on City of Bellevue for HSPL company. Self Insured Component cost is getting exported properly on the file. Ready for Production

Concern : BCC Enhancement - Wrong total amount (extra amount) getting displayed if Self Insured component is configured.
Cause : This issue was caused due to EmployeeHealthTierPolicyNumber_Log has more than one entry for single enrollment in which was not handled int the SP OES_SP_Export_ProviderWiseInvoiceReport.
Correction : Now we have taken max Enrollment From EmployeeHealthTierPolicyNumber_Log, So this issue will get resolved.
