Log in to LB
Select company - Make sure this company is new and acasalary table does not have records
Go to BenAdmin -> ACA -> ACA Parameters tab
Check Cover Letter - This should have default text
provide mandatory field data except "Consider W2 Wages As" drop down
click on Save
Actual result -
1] Cover Letter does not have default text
2] Allow to save page even if mandatory field "Consider W2 Wages As" is not selected
expected result -
1] User last (Tax Year - 2015) cover letter text
2] Should show validation message for "Consider W2 Wages As" and should not save the page

Concern - ACA - No default text for Cover Letter and validations are not working on Consider W2 Wages As drop down
Cause - In-complete unit testing.
Correction - Now validation is working for W2 wages drop down and default text is also added for Cover letter text.
