ASML - ACA query

The one for Jerry Drube looks incorrect. This is the topic we were concerned about using Cigna International and Cigna domestic in the same year in which we were told it “would not be a problem.”

Shouldn’t this 1095 only provide the data in which he is enrolled in the Cigna Domestic coverage? Shouldn’t it also use code 1A for that coverage during those months? Instead it says 12 months at 1E which is under the fully insured amount which is not true.

We have corrected problem with Jerry Drube employee codes.
Now it shows 1A codes for Jan - Feb and 1E for Mar - Dec on Line 14 and 2C on Line 16. Attached zip file has Jerry Druble PDF for reference.

This report is run without apply transition relief.

This is applicable for all employees of all companies .
Please see attached email thread. The client is not positive that this form is filled out correctly for the employee who was on the self insured plan for two months and then on the fully insured plan for the remainder of the year. Can you please review and let me know your thoughts and feedback?
