Tested the below scenarios on LB on FDU company:-
Health Plans:-
1] Added a new health plan with no rate mapped and enrolled in that plan for one EE. When we view the invoice for this enrollment there is no data displayed if no rate is mapped to the enrolled plan for health benefit plans. This is not as per requirement please confirm on this.
2] Added a new health plan with a rate(normal costs) mapped and enrolled in that plan for one EE. When we view the invoice for this enrollment the proper data is displayed according to the Employee and Employer cost.
3] Added a new health plan with a rate(0 cost for Employer and Emloyee) mapped and enrolled in that plan for one EE. When we view the invoice for this enrollment the proper data is displayed according to the Employee and Employer cost as 0.
4] Added a new health plan with a rate(Billed Rate) mapped and enrolled in that plan for one EE. When we view the invoice for this enrollment the proper data is displayed according to the Billed rate values added for that particular rate.
5] Added a new health plan with a rate(Self Insured components) mapped and enrolled in that plan for one EE. When we view the invoice for this enrollment the proper data is displayed according to the Self insured component values added for that particular rate.
6] Added a new health plan with a rate(Self Insured components) and another rate(Billed rate) mapped and enrolled in that plan for one EE. When we view the invoice for this enrollment the proper data is displayed according to the Self insured component values in one row and the billed rate details are displayed on another row added for that particular rate.
Non-Health Plans:-
1] Added a new Non-health plan(Basic Life and AD&D) with no rate mapped and enrolled in that plan for one EE. When we view the invoice for this enrollment there is data displayed with blank column for cost part if no rate is mapped to the enrolled plan for Non-health benefit plans. This is as per requirement please confirm on this.
2] Added a new Non-health plan(Basic Life and AD&D) with a rate mapped and enrolled in that plan for one EE. When we view the invoice for this enrollment there is data displayed with proper cost with whatever cost is added for that rate.
3] Added a new Non-health plan(Basic Life and AD&D) with a rate(0 cost) mapped and enrolled in that plan for one EE. When we view the invoice for this enrollment there is data displayed with 0 cost with as cost is added for that rate is 0.
Verified bills need to generated and deleted in sequential order only.
Verified no future bill will be generated if last generated bill is not finalized
