This employee is having entry in waived medical. When this employee went on recommended screen, system allocate the EDC but this employee did not check out at that time system should deallocate the EDC

Please refer below 3'C of this issue.
Concern:- System allocate the EDC but this employee did not check out at that time system should deallocate the EDC
Cause:- Employer Defined condition was missing in code.
Correction:- We have Fixed this issue in code. Please verify same at your end and let us know in case of any issue/concern.

Keeping exchange points on hold.
Verified on LB using company city of lake worth. on Recommended Plan screen, defined contribution is visible correctly. If chosen Select Your Plan, defined contribution is zero until plans are selected.
