Tested on Production - CVHP FOR HSPL - 15th Jan 2016
Working as expected

made employee enrolled in health (in case of self insured and billed rates) and non health (EE and ER costs) from 01/01/2016 with date time stamp of 11/31/2016
fetched out past invoices like Jan Feb 2016 etc

all were containing the respective billing details for respective months [health and non health plans]
