        Hi Jennifer Leugers,

We observed that measurement and stability rules are set on this company and timesheet for 2015 is also loaded.
But as per measurement and stability rules,
Measurement period is divided into 11/1/2014-10/31/2015 and 11/1/2015-10/31/2016 and
stability period for 2016 year is divided into 2 parts i.e 11/1/2015-10/31/2016 and 11/1/2016-10/31/2017. For measurement period 11/1/2015-10/31/2016, time sheet is not present for the year 2016, so employees are coming up as part time for months Nov and Dec of year 2016 as only Nov and Dec 2015 timesheet data is present. So codes of part time will be displayed.

Please verify the measurement and stability rules and import 2016 timesheet of employees.

Ramya - we won't know the # of hours for those months until they are worked. We will make sure the client knows November and December will be updated once hours are loaded. Please run 2016 1095C for CVHP

All - questions for the CVHP run

It does not seem that the waiting periods are showing correctly. Example employee Ryan Wool - hired 1.25.16 and has benefits effective 3.1.16 but February is showing 1A / 2F. Shouldn't it be showing 2D? Employee Nicci West hired date was 3.9.16 and has benefits effective 5.1.16 but April is showing 2F instead of 2D.

Another question - David Victor Mojica was an employee in 2015 but termed before 2016. He did however go on his Mother's benefits from 1.1.16 - 6.30.16 (employee Margie Mojica). He aged out and thus went into COBRA and is in WORKTERRA under a COBRA status from 7.1.16 forward. As he was not an employee at anytime in 2016, I do not believe he should get a 1095C form. Please confirm this is your understanding as well.

        Hi Jennifer Leugers,

#1: The waiting periods were not showing correctly as we were considering today's date in populating effective date. We have resolved this. Please refer latest run for verification.

#2: Employee David Victor Mojica termed on 01/15/2016.As he was employed for the first 15 days in the month of Jan, he got a 1095C form.
        Please refer screenshot:

Our observation is that by using timesheet data, most of the employees codes are not coming properly. This may be due incomplete timesheet data.
We have not considered timesheet data in the latest run. We have considered employee type set on Demographics page.
Please let us know if timesheet data is to be considered. If yes, please ensure that the loaded data is proper.
