        Hello Ramaya,

for Linium West the Minimum Essential Indicator is checked as NO for the month of February and the rest of the months is checked as Yes? It appears as though the enrollment data is not pulling for just the month of February 2016 so the forms show no coverage being offered to those employees. The Linium West folks did in fact have the same coverage from January 2016-end of June 2016 before moving to the BSNENY plan with the rest of the Linium population

        Please advise and correct.

        Hi lisa davison,

        *Cause: *
We have observed "Kevin Whalen" has not coverage offered for JAN and Feb month even though he is Employed for these month and because of this FEB month is not get checked for MEC offered on 1094C.
JAN is getting checked because JAN month has 20 employee as FTE and FEB has 17 so 95 % is not satisfied for FEB but getting satisfied for JAN. [ 1 for 20 will satisfies 95% but 1 for 17 will not]

        *Solution: *

Please correct the form of this employee for FEB month and then run the 1095 c with apply correction flag set to yes and finalize the latest run . Run the respective 1094 c and this issue will get resolved.

Note: make sure the form status is not selected for void and corrected values.

        Hello

Linium has reported they are unable to view copies of the 1095C forms under the employee record. I also checked myself and the 1095C forms are no longer able to view. Last week the forms were viewable.

        Hi lisa davison,

We have verified same on Linium company and observed that the runs which are currently finalized are for most of the corrected employees. So PDF's for other rest of employees are not visible at employee level.

If need to see all employees PDF with all changes made for IRS submission 2017 then we need to rerun all reports by selecting eligibility rule for required population for that report.

Please let us know if any additional information you need from our side.

        Thanks,
        Smita
