Hi Jennifer Leugers ,

We observed that employee Dexter Woods's Class 3 got changed from Eligible to Non Eligible on 07/19/2016 because of this eligibility got changed. This employee got eligible to High - 90,001+ w/o discount sub-rate from *High - 90,001+ w/discount *sub-rate.

So from Jan to Jun 2016 code 1A-2C displayed and from July to Dec 1E-2C on 1095-C forms PDF & Data Analysis report.

For July month '90,001+ w/discount' subrate i.e for EE cost 97$ is not eligible for whole month hence code 1E is reflecting. PFA screen shot for additional information.
