Hi all - we are getting 1E and blank in 16 for employees who did not waive or elect a benefit. Didn't we fix that last year? Since they are getting a 1E, shouldn't they get the applicable code in 16 referring to the client's safe harbor rather than a blank?

        Hi Jennifer Leugers,

The EE's are getting line 16 as blank because they are not eligible for safe harbor codes. Their salary is less ,due to this their their safe harbor cost comes up very less. Safe harbor codes are displayed if EE cost is less than Safe harbor cost.

Please verify the salary of employees who are getting line 16 as blank.
