1.Login to LB with partner.
2.Edit company say "ACA Automation".
3.Navigate to Home >> Company Home>> BenAdmin Home>> BenAdmin Company Home >> ACA >> Measurement and Stability
4.Add New Hire rule
5.Enter Employee SSN as "011111116".
6.Click on "View Rule Summary".
Actual:Received message as "Invalid Employee Social Security Number"
Expected: New Hire Rule summary should get populated

WT-2629 ACA-2017 Providing limited assessment period scenario when Employees status is changed from part time to full time.

Concern: New Hire Rule_Received "Invalid Emp SSN" message even though employee is present in the system.
Cause: Variable datatype to store employee SSN was taken as long.So if employee SSN contains leading 0's it was getting trimmed. In above case, 0's were getting trimmed and 16 was passing to DB as SSN.As 16 is not a valid SSN of any employee,it was giving error message.
Correction: Changed the data type of variable storing Employee SSN from long to string.

Its working fine currently no message displayed for 'Invalid employee Social security no.'
This fix is ready for stage but we will move Stage with enhancement Jira 2629.
