3.Navigate to Home >> Company Home>> BenAdmin Home>> BenAdmin Company Home >> ACA >> Measurement and Stability
4.Add New Hire rule
5.Enter Employee SSN as "011111116".
6.Click on "View Rule Summary".
Actual:Received message as "Invalid Employee Social Security Number"
Expected: New Hire Rule summary should get populated
