1.Login to LB with partner.
2.Edit company say "ACA Automation".
3.Navigate to Home >> Company Home>> BenAdmin Home>> BenAdmin Company Home >> ACA
4.Add employee with Employment date as "01/01/2016"
5.Import a time sheet for the employee.
6.Extract 1095-C report.
Refer employee '011111116' from ACA Automation
PFA 1095-C codes for additional information and its timesheet.
Actual: Received blank codes for the month of Feb and March.
Expected: Codes should get reflected on report as employee's salary is 120000.
We observed that the plans selected on this report does not have safe harbor set.If the safe harbors are set then,appropriate safe harbor codes gets displayed instead of blank codes.
As, this employee does not have stability period for 1st 3 months from date of hire,safe harbor set on measurement and stability is not applied here. Due to boundary condition(01/01/2016), this new hire employee is getting standard rule as both the rule's measurement and stability period coincide.
This is a very rare scenario where employee is not having any safe harbor and he is not having any stability for 1st 3 months from date of hire.
Every less no. of employees will be affected due to this.
However, we need to fix this,but currently we are keeping this as low priority.
