Hi all -
For Chico, for every month in which we show a 1E, the employer wants us to show a 1A. Would it be the easiest path for us to go to default all of the lowest cost plan values to $90.
That would guarantee everyone gets a 1A.

Yes,you are right.
EE lowest Cost in ACA Customization can be set to $90 against the plan to overwrite the EE cost so that 1A can be displayed instead of 1E.
FPL amount for 2016 is $11880. So (11880/12) *9.5% = 94.
EE cost can be set upto $94 for 1A to display.
Path to set EE lowest cost : ACA Dashboard -> ACA Customization -> ACA Customization Tab
