        Hello Ramya.

        Going back to Kenneth Gebhart, I still believe you are looking at his record incorrectly which may lead to others being looked at incorrectly.

        The 11/30/16 you are calling his effective date is the date effective in Workterra. He was entered into Workterra on 11/30/16. It is not his benefit effective date which drives the ACA forms. His hire date is 10/10/16 and based on the new hire rules is benefit eligible on 1/1/2017. 1st of the month following 60 days. His code in November should be a 2D. I am not sure why Workterra is looking at November as a 2A. He is in his benefit waiting period for October, November, and December. I don't know what to correct in Workterra for the code to produce correctly. It all looks correct.

        There are many others with the same issue.

        Hi Kevin Walker,

        Eligibility rule set on Real Estate group report and eligibility rule set on EIN mapping of this group were different.So address and company name was not coming proper.

        Eligibility rule on 1095C report and EIN mapping need to be same to reflect correct address and company name else it will take up Name and EIN set on Company information page.

        I have changed the rule on 1095C report of Real Estate and re-run the report.
        Please refer latest run of Real Estate group for verification.

        These employees PDF data can be corrected from ACA 1095C Corrections page.
        path for "ACA 1095C Corrections" is as below.

        Log in -> Select company -> BenAdmin -> ACA -> ACA Customization -> go to ACA 1095C Corrections tab

        On this screen provide employee SSN and click on submit button. Next screen you can correct codes and save.

        We have uploaded demo videos for code correction on EBS FTP.
        Below are FTP details. Please refer "1095CManualCorrection.mp4" video file from zip folder.

        Once above chages are done, please re-run 1095C reports by selecting Apply User Correction = Yes.
