We have Rerun reports for "Parkview Medical Center".
Please refer latest run, steps to down reports are as follows.

1.Login to Production with Partner.
2.Edit company Parkview Medical Center.
3.Navigate to "Home >> Company Home >> BenAdmin Home >> BenAdmin Company Home >> ACA >> IRS Report".
4.Edit Reports.
5.Click on Show Runs and wait till "ACA Report Finalization" pop up to open.
6.Download zip folder for latest RUN by clicking on Download link.

Katherine Russell on the RCI Cobra file did not generate a 1095 C per the client - Can we generate one or is she ineligible?

This employee is ineligible.Termination date for employee 'Katherine Russell' is 06/30/2015.
We have imported offer for this employee form 01/01/2016 to 10/22/2016 but actually this employee is terminated on 06/30/2015.As this employee is not enrolled in any ACA plan in year 2016, this employee's 1095-C form is not generated.
