Hi all - why are we showing 2E on line 16 for this group? I do not have E checked on the customization for the multi-employer plans.

Hi Jennifer,

On Production Southland company, we observed that not all plans were marked for B- Employer-sponsored coverage as Origin of Policy.
Below mentioned plans was having Origin of policy is set as E multi employer plan.

1.Blue Cross HSA 497 OOS Cobra PPO Plan Option 1
2.Blue Cross HSA 497 OOS PPO Plan Option 1
3.Blue Cross HSA 497-CA Cobra PPO Plan Option 1
4.Blue Cross HSA 497-CA Cobra PPO Plan Option 1

We have changed customization for Origin of policy and Rerun the reports.
Please refer latest Run.

Steps to download reports are as follows.
1.Login to Production with Partner.
2.Edit company.
3.Navigate to Home >> Company Home >> BenAdmin Home >> BenAdmin Company Home >> ACA >> IRS Report
4.Click on Show Run
5.Refer latest run and download same.
