As stage environment had only one PDF Service hence this issue occurred and as per discussion with team if IsMultipleService key value is false then Consolidated pdf should get downloaded.

We have verified above mentioned issue on LB company [ACA Automation]
Its working fine
Tested scenarios are as follows
1.Checked whether functionalities of following button's are working properly or not.
a.Save
b.Save & Download
c.Save & Consolidated Download
d.Cancel
2.Similarly verified Save & download functionalites on 1094/5 B & C reports
As discussed this change is only for Consolidated download.
Its ready for stage.

Mail received from Dev Team
ABCpdf's trial version on App server 2 is expired which is causing server error while writing PDF files.
For time being we have changed IsMultipleService and MergePDFIsMultipleService config key's values to false from "InvoiceManagement.dll.config" file and we have also removed expired PDF service URL from PDFServiceURL key's value.
Once, licence copy of ABCpdf is activated on app server 2, we can revert these changes.
Testing done after this changes hence closing ticket.

As per discussion, please let me know before you start working on this JIRA. I will set the Is Multiple service key value to false in config File.
