Please find below 3C's of the issue,
Concern:getting server error while deleting paycheck line item
Cause: Condition is not handled for used line item so it is giving server error of reference key.
Correction: Condition is handled to check line item is already in use. Now it will show error message while deleting the line item

Please verify and let me know.

Server error is getting displayed on STAGE when I try to delete Line Item which in use by employee.
