For HEALTH benefit template, age band rates are not working in our system.
for this we also have JIRA WT-560.

After resolving the cloning issue also there are many issues in the system so it is better to schedule this enhancement as early as possible.
As discussed with Amruta Lohiya even we have work around for this issue but it is very complicated to configure this customization in rate matrix table with additional eligibility.
There are Employee Age band: 42
Spouse Age Band : 42
Child Age Band: 4
So we need to create (4*42*42) 7056 sub rates which is really impossible.
So we need to do this enhancement.
