Tested this on Production on AFI for Hspl company.

Scenarios Tested -

Employee enrolled in a plan with future effective date say 10th March 2017
Now Employee_enrollment_Intermediate table has this entry
Same entry is in the InvoiceBenefitwiseBilling table with enrollment ID (from Employee_enrollment_Intermediate table) and Is Intermediate Flag = 1

After the Effective Date Service

Now - enrollment entry got moved from Employee_enrollment_Intermediate table to Employee_enrollment table [with different Enrollment ID]
Same entry is in the InvoiceBenefitwiseBilling table with enrollment ID (from Employee_enrollment table) and Is Intermediate Flag = 0

This is as per the expectations

This is tested for Health [self insured and billed] as well as for Non Health enrollments

• Same entry is in the InvoiceBenefitwiseBilling table with enrollment ID (from Employee_enrollment_Intermediate table) and Is Intermediate Flag = 1
• changed the election effective date to current date say 16th Dec 2016
• Ran Effective Date Service
• Now - enrollment entry got moved from Employee_enrollment_Intermediate table to Employee_enrollment table [with different Enrollment ID]
• Same entry is in the InvoiceBenefitwiseBilling table with enrollment ID (from Employee_enrollment table) and Is Intermediate Flag = 0

Following needs to be verified:
When future election is moved from Intermediate to main table by effective date service, EnrollmentId and IsIntermediate flag should get updated in Invoice table.
