WT -> BCC Invoice Enhancement -> Adjustments are not getting shown from second invoice own wards irrespective of changes date time stamp

      Description

      Tested on LB as well as on Production
      Tested for Health as well as for Non Health plans

      • enrolled employee with 01/01/2016 [date time stamp - 12th Dec 2016]
      • fetched out Invoice for Oct 2016 and finalized it
      • initiated a QA and waived plan with 01/08/2016 [date time stamp - 12th Dec 2016]
      • fetched out invoice for Nov 2016

      Expected Result : No Billing Details and Adjustment from Jan 2016 to July 2016
      Actual Result : No adjustments were shown

      As discussed this wit Prasanna Karlekar as the change date stamp of enrollment and changes was the same - system dint work properly
      Ideally system should work properly in above case as per the changed functianlity
      Hence this is a known issue.

      • fetched out Invoice for Oct 2016 and finalized it
      • initiated a QA and waived plan with 01/08/2016 [date time stamp - 12th Dec 2016]
      • fetched out invoice for Nov 2016

      Expected Result : No Billing Details and Adjustment from Jan 2016 to July 2016
      Actual Result : No adjustments were shown

      In both of the cases adjustments were not coming

            Tested with STD plan

            Not working

            • employee auto enrolled in STD 01/01/2016
            • fetched invoice for Sept 2016 : showed billing and adjustment details
            • initiated QE and waived STD with 09/01/2016
            • fetched invoice for Oct 2016

            I was expecting no billing details and adjustments for Sept 2016
            no billing details shown - expected
            no adjustment shown - not expected [this might be associated with WT-7254]
