2] Observe the View in Enrollment,Edit Billing and Edit Adjustment link in Billing and Adjustment details section

The links have been disorganized (shifted to center)
Expected Result:-
The links should be organized under the first name and last name.

This is fixed and also verified on Production FDU for hspl copy
