LONG Onboard - Receiving an error when creating a form

      Description

      When creating a form I am receiving a server error. I cannot save or preview.

      Prior to the error, I dragged and dropped one of the components. Afterwards, I began receiving the error. I have tried cancelling, deleting the form and starting over. I also tried logging out, logging back in and clearing my history and cashe. Nothing seems to be helping.
