      Description

      2016 ACA Issues Reporting Log (2).xlsx SSAI has completed the review of the draft 1095-C forms. Please review the attached comments .

      There are employees who were PT19, PT20, and Casual who had draft forms. These employees should not receive a form as they are not eligible to enroll in benefits.

            Hi lisa davison,

            We have addressed the issues mentioned in the excel sheet.
            Please find my comments in this sheet. 2016 ACA Issues Reporting Log (2)_Comments.xls

            We have run report "2016 1095C for SSAI". Please refer latest run for verification.

            Forms are furnished as per eligibility rule set on 1095C report.Please change the rule to select the classes for which the reports are to be furnished.

            Note: Most of the changes were done in the system after reports were run.
