Payroll deductions for Five Guys on production Exchange are mapped using Employee cost, the deductions are not correct because defined contributions are not being considered.
The EE deduction should be the total premium that is in the system with the Defined Contribution for that plan / tier subtracted out.

Hi Rochelle Thomas,
We scanned Five Guys company regarding dental plan Employer Defined Contribution we found only above mentioned 12 employees whose Employer Defined Contribution was not as per Health Tier.
We have corrected these records. Please verify same at your end and let us know in case of any issue/concern.
Thanks,
Avnish Y
