      Description

Payroll deductions for Five Guys on production Exchange are mapped using Employee cost, the deductions are not correct because defined contributions are not being considered.

The EE deduction should be the total premium that is in the system with the Defined Contribution for that plan / tier subtracted out.

these are the actual deductions for Anthony Burch

Burch Anthony Bi-Weekly Dental Dental Low Plan $10.32
      Burch Anthony Bi-Weekly Medical/Rx PPO 1000 $250.43
Burch Anthony Bi-Weekly Vision Vision Plan $3.03

The cost minus credit mapping is not correct for the defined contribution amounts

            Hi Hrishikesh Deshpande,

Please refer below 3'c of this issue:-

Concern:- Five Guys - payroll deduction file - employee cost not considering defined contribution amounts
Cause:- One condition is missing in 'OES_UDF_CreditPool_MappedBenefitTypePlanDesignExchange' UDF for Benefit Type mapping in Employer Defined Contribution.
Correction:- We have used enrollment OES_UDF_CreditPool_MappedBenefitTypePlanDesign UDF for Benefit Type mapping in Employer Defined Contribution because both implementation are same.

Please verify above code fix at your end and let us know in case of any issue/concern.

            Thanks,
            Avnish Y

            Below scenario tested on LB.

            1) There are 3 defined contribution, Each one for Medical, Dental and vision.
            2) When employee Enrolled in Medical then employee get contribution of Medical. When employee Enrolled in Dental then employee get contribution of Dental and When employee Enrolled in Vision then employee get contribution of Vision.

            Ready for Stage.

            Arielle Anderson
            Julian Thomas

            Hi Rochelle Thomas,

We have recalculated Employer Defined Contribution on main. Now Defined Contribution cost is proper in Exchange and in export file.

Regarding File issue :- Export team fixed this issue in code (store procedure).

Could please verify this at your end and let us know in case of any issue/concern.

            Thanks,
            Avnish Y

there are employees being found with no 'defined contributions' showing on the screen
'enrollment summary' - this means their deduction amounts for payroll are incorrect

            examples:
            Amadou Taal
            Matthew Whelan
            John Perez

can it be insured that all five guys employees that qualify have their 'defined contributions'
I'm including this with this ticket because the issues are not resolved. There is also wt-6785 and opened by dev wt-8008
