We have verified EE cost and observed that above employees are got Employer Defined Contribution as per there enrollment please refer following cost calculation for same but on export file it is consider only employee cost not Employer Defined Contribution.

EE- Thomas Kvalheim (022083)

EE Monthly Cost = 462.41
EE PayrollSchedule Cost = (462.41 * 12)/26 = 213.42

EE Monthly Employer Defined Contribution =370.02
EE PayrollSchedule Defined Contribution= (370.02*12)/26 = 170.77

Expected Cost on Export File = (213.42 - 170.77) = 42.65

But Export File Showing only 213.42( Employee Cost). Please verify this at your end and let us know in case you need more information on this.

Concern: The latest records below are showing up in the payroll file as incorrect.

Cause: We have checked above mention records, all are exported on ADP Deductions vol std ltd 2017 weekly template. This template has map Enrollment Employee Cost due to this employee cost was exported on file. Please check below snap of mapping

Correction: Referring other templates under this payroll group, we need to map Enrollment Employee Cost Minus Credits on ADP Deductions vol std ltd 2017 weekly

Note: Additional we found that ADP Deductions vol Life ADD 2017 weekly template has mapping of Enrollment Total Cost For All Plans so this will sum up employee cost of selected plans without minus credits.

Hi all - I have no idea why we are referring to STD / LTD as the deductions that have the defined contribution are only Medical, Dental and Vision. This client is beyond upset at this point that we cannot get the payroll file corrected.

Samir I really need you to take point on this and get it cleared up; this has been going on since November (please refer to ticket 6785).

the issue is not resolved - look at the defined contributions on the enrollment summary
the person is not showing their defined contributions

the deductions in question are all Medical deductions for bi-weekly payroll

Concern: The latest records below are showing up in the payroll file as incorrect.

Cause: As we checked we find that Five Guys ADP Payroll biweekly template last exported on 1/24/2017 11:20:23 AM. on this export credit pool was not allocated for below employees.

Correction: After last export 1/24/2017 11:20:23 AM credit pool get recalculated by SA utility on 1/24/2017 2:39:17 PM and all above employee get proper credit pool allocated. Now template exporting proper contributions.

Note: We don't not need made any customization changes on template.

Please refer below 3'C:-

Concern:- There are still employees without the defined contributions showing, it appears that defined contributions do not show for some employees until their rates are specifically re-calculated.

Cause:- Given employees does not got Employer Defined Contribution at time of enrollment. We are inprocess to find root cause of this issue.
Correction:- We have recalculated Employer Defined Contribution using workterra utility for these employees.

Please note that we have also scanned whole Five Guys company and we found Francisco Silva employee, who did have Employer Defined Contribution because employee status is a terminated.

Hrishikesh Deshpande could please verify these employee on UI as well as Export file. Please let us know in case of any issue/concern.
