Cause: 1H-2A displayed in the month of hire when Employee has waived coverage
Concern: Employee is eligible for offer from date of hire and he waived coverage from that day. We have implemented functionality in such a way that EE's limited non assessment period(LNAP) will be 0 from his effective date in case he waived coverage. If the employee is hired mid month,then is terminated in month flag and is employed for whole month flag will be false. As his LNAP is also 0,he get 1H and 2A.
Correction: We have resolved this issue by adding update statement of LNAP after update statement of Waived coverage.

We have verified above mentioned issue on ACA Automation LB Company.
Its working fine.

Tested scenarios are as follows.
1.Added new hire employee with employee effective date as 12/15/2016 & 12/31/2016 and checked 1H , 2D
code is reflecting or not.
2.Checked for New Hire effective date rule options as 'date of hire'.
3.Checked for New Hire effective date rule as 'Effective from End of month from Date of Hire '

Its working fine.
