ACA - ZHONE - Exported file does not have waived EE records from JAN - OCT

      Description

      EE Name - Robinson-Vorasan Tournkham
      Company - Zhone
      Environment - Production
      Export Template Name - zhone ACA file

      Steps
      Log in to production
      select zhone company
      go to Manual Import/Export and selec Export option
      Select zhone ACA file template
      provide date range 01/01/2016 to 12/31/2016
      click on export, wait till file download pop up is shown
      download exported file and open it
      observe EE "Robinson-Vorasan Tournkham" record on fle

      actual result - shows only one row with start date 11/01/2016
      Expected result - It should show two records as this EE is waived in medical plan till 31 Oct 2016

          *Reason : *
          This is not an issue. This issue was due on the export template setting page* Send termination only once was YES*.
          As this employee was exported earlier so he is not coming when user export the file again.

          *Solution : *
          Send Termination Only Once Should be No
