The changes related to forgotpassword were done for the companies which use the generic forgotpassword change but for companies with custom forgot pages the changes were remaining.
Please refer WT-4628.

We have done the changes related to this on the custom forgotpassword pages for following companies on local environment:
1]JEDunn
2]City of Lake Worth
3]Metso Benefits
4]Wacker Neuson Corporation
5]NSHE
6]CoolCreek
7]Michael Best Benefits

As per discussion with Shubhangi Jadhav the changes for following companies will be done by her:
1]Windstream
2]BCC
3]UHC
4]UMR

Also from now on, any company which will make its new custom forgotpassword page the changes will be integrated by Shubhangi Jadhav.

After this you can verify the changes on JEDunn.

As per discussion with Samir, we cannot test this ticket on stage for Michael Best as DNS mapping and SSL certificate is not available for this company.

Please exclude Michael Best from current scope of testing. You can test this feature in the scope of WT-6430 Custom Forgot and Reset Password Pages for Michael Best.
