      Description

      Plan - Life Plan
      Rate - Sub rate A for class A | sub rate B for class B

      • class A employee enrolled from 01/01/2016 (date time stamp in Dec 2016)
      • employee got sub rate A
      • fetched invoices for Jan Feb March April 2016 -> shown me billing details as per the sub rate A which is right
      • partner went on change class page and changed employee's class to B with Eff Date 03/01/2016 (find the rate changes log in attached screenshot)
      • Hence employee has sub rate A in Jan Feb 2016 | he has got sub rate B from March 2016
      • now fetched invoice for May 2016

      Expected Result & Actual Result

      1. billing details as per the sub rate B in May 2016 - worked well
      2. billing adjustment of (+ sub rate B cost) in March April 2016 - worked well
      3. billing adjustment of (- sub rate A cost) in March April 2016 - DID NOT SHOW

            please also check below scenario -

            1. employee was enrolled from 01/01/2016 in life plan (coverage 12000 and cost say 20)
            2. fetched Nov 2016 invoice - shown me billing for Nov 2016 and adjustment from Jan to Oct 2016 - expected
            3. raised a QE and changed coverage to 24000 (cost became say 40) - enrolled from 08/01/2016

            Expected and Actual in Dec 2016 Invoice -

            • billing details : cost 40 and coverage 24000 - worked well
            • adjustment from Aug to Nov 2016 : cost 40 and coverage 24000 - worked well
            • adjustment from Aug to Nov 2016 : cost -20 and coverage 12000 - DID NOT SHOW

            Below are 3C's :-
            Concern :- Incomplete Adjustment data shown in case of class change - eligible rates change scenarios
            Cause :- Joins in query were made based on healthtier. Non-health benefits do not have healthtier. So this was failing for non-health benefits
            Correction :- Removed healthtier join query and considered enrollment only.

            Hello Jyoti Agrawal,

            This is working well for Non Health Plans.
            But it has broken the existing working functionality for Health Plans now.

            When I tried above scenarios with Health Plans - I am getting Zero cost for health plan in billing as well as in billing adjustment sections.
