Plan - Vision
Rate - has 2 billable self insured components iwth each having costs as $10 [total $20]
- employee enrolled from 01/01/2016 [date time stamp in Dec 2016]
- fetched invoices fro Jan Feb March April 2016 - showed billing details of $20 - Expected
- now I changed one of the self insured component's cost from 10 to 15 [total becomes $25]
- fetched May 2016 invoice
Expected and Actual Results -
- billing cost of $25 fir moth May 2016 - worked well
- adjustment of $-20 from Jan to April - worked well
- adjustment of $25 from Jan to April - did not work well - system showed this cost as $15 !

Working well
Invoices are showing proper self insured component's costs in billing as well as in billing adjustments sections (summation of all billable self insured component's)
