The billed rate will work same as SelfInsured Component in billing reports. No billing policies will get applied on Billed rate in both billing as well as adjustment.
Please confirm if this fine or not so that we can start with implementation?

Let us know if billed rate is needed in Enrollment Report because SelfInsured Component is not an option in Enrollment Report. If required, we need separate time for analysis and we will create new JIRA for same.

The billed rate is currently used only on Invoice management. We show billed rate on invoice by applying billing policies and doing all sorts of calculations to bill and adjust out. To show billed rate in Billing Details report, calculation and policies cannot be applied. This field will directly pull the cost that is mapped to billed rate in the respective rate metrics. This will be similar to current working of SelfInsured Component in billing reports.

We had removed the workflow part from WT Project, these tickets are very old & kept for reference purpose. All relevant tickets were moved to Dev project. You can refer Dev project for current reference.
