We have given the fix to save proper providers for Self Insured Components while generating the invoice.

Provider name for following scenarios needs to be verified for past and future date:

• Invoice with Self Insured Component (Component Provider)
• Invoice with Billed rate (Plan Provider)
• Non Health Benefit Invoice (Plan Provider)

Verified this fix on LB on Test Company for Health and Life plans for past and future dates for following

1) Invoice with Self Insured Component (Component Provider) - Vision plan
2) Invoice with Billed rate (Plan Provider) - Medical
3) Non Health Benefit Invoice (Plan Provider) - Life and AD&D Plans

Providerwise export Files have proper provider names on the file for the respective finalized invoices .
Working as expected . Ready for Stage

Verified the fix on stage 'City of Walnut creek for HSPL' by generating and finalizing invoice January 2017 and running Providerwise Export manually for below benefit types.

• Admin
• Dental
• Medical
• vision

Files are now exporting with respective providers along with proper amount. Ready for production.

We have deployed and verified the fix to save proper providers while generating the invoice on Production . Files are now exporting with respective providers along with proper amount for the finalized inovoice.
