1.Among 1272 employees, 646 employees were already present in the database
2.We have imported rest 626 employees in workterra system
3.Bad records are as follows

We have Rerun below mentioned reports

Steps to download latest run as follows.

Please refer latest run, steps to down reports are as follows.
1.Login to Production with Partner.
2.Edit company City of Redding For Hspl.
3.Navigate to "Home >> Company Home >> BenAdmin Home >> BenAdmin Company Home >> ACA >> IRS Report".
4.Edit Reports.
5.Click on Show Runs and wait till "ACA Report Finalization" pop up to open.
6.Download zip folder for latest RUN by clicking on Download link.

All - we defaulted the Union people to 1H/2E but when I combined the runs and ran the final, those individuals codes changed. Please refer to my comments that I have on this same ticket from 2.22.17. Really need this done on priority as I need to get their approvals in order to get their filing done.

Actually while running the report "Eligibility Rule for Multi Employer" was not set to union only hence codes where not reflecting correctly.

thanks all - but the Union folks are not their own EIN so we need them to be in the run with the rest of EIN 440470840 so we can submit their 1094 with all of the forms together.

Hi all - the client is asking why page 2 on their 1094 for the "Company" does not have the Union employees counts (it does on the # of forms but not in the columns for the FTE counts). I assume the Union employees are not supposed to be included but could you please 1) confirm and 2) provide the IRS statement that led us to this logic? Thanks!

AS per this link

System should display UNION employees on 1094c III a,b and C columns,

Workterra implementation:
we have assumed that 1H means no offer of coverage and 2E means multi employer so including these employees will affect MEC offer indicatoer so we have not included this.

Correction:
We need to change software to include the 1H/2E employees on 1094c part ||| a,b,c column.

Following Employers has used the 1H/2E functionality from Workterra for Tax year 2016.

Hi Nandu - when will this update be in WORKTERRA? I need to at least give an ETA to the clients of when we think we can get their replacement files to the IRS.

We are implementing this and will deploy the patch on production on Wednesday (04/26/2017). Let us know if anything else need to be considered related to this.
