We have verified below scenario

1.New employee with employment date 01/01/2016 and Full-Time Employee Count for ALE Member increased by 1 - Pass
2.New employee with employment date 02/01/2016 and 05/01/2016 and Full-Time Employee Count for ALE Member increased by 1 - Pass
3.Verified Scenario - Minimum Essential Coverage Offer Indicator was - "NO" after addition of 1H 2E code employee we observed that Full-Time Employee Count for ALE Member increased by 1 and Minimum Essential Coverage Offer Indicator was - "Yes" - Pass
4.Above scenario verified for Line 23 and Line 24 - Pass

We have verified below mentioned scenarios on Stage [ACA Automation Company].
Its working fine.

1.No change on employee count "(b)Section 4980H Full-Time Employee Count for ALE Member" & "(c) Total Employee Count for ALE Member" when employee added with codes 1H & 2A for all 12 months
2.Change in employee count by 1 "(b)Section 4980H Full-Time Employee Count for ALE Member" & "(c) Total Employee Count for ALE Member" when employee added with codes 1H & 2E.
3.Verified employee with codes 1H-2A for all 12 month is not on Data Analysis report.
4.Verified employee with codes 1H-2E for all 12 month is on Data Analysis report.
5.New employee with employment date 02/01/2016 and 05/01/2016 and Full-Time Employee Count for ALE Member increased by 1 for corresponding months
6.Minimum Essential Coverage Offer Indicator's change scenarios

Hi @Jennifer,

We have deployed patch for above mentioned issue.
Its working fine.We have verified 'Total Employee Count for ALE Member for few months on 1094-C report.Now employees having code 1H-2E are getting counted on 1094-C report.
