      Description

      Company - ACAAutomation

      Step To Repro -
      1.Create rule WT_7061_A for single month 01/01-01/31 using Admin credential
      2.Run 1095C
      3.It populate min. cost on Line 15 for Jan and zero for rest month
      4.Now update "Class Wise Rate Configuration" with MIn.cost 48 for 12 months. using Partner
      5.Re run 1095C
      6.Download pdf

      Actual- Jan displayed last cost instead of latest cost

      Expected - It should display latest customization cost for all 12 months.
