1.Login to LB with Partner.
2.Edit company "ACA Automation".
3.Navigate to Home >> Company Home >> BenAdmin Home >> BenAdmin Company Home>> ACA >> Template Management
4.Use "ACA Correction 1095-C Part II SSN" correction template.
5.Browse "Code correction" CSV file and Click on Import.
Actual: Received msg as "Import Failed".
Expected: File should get imported properly.
Error log is as follows:

WT-4579 Import Corrected 1095C Code into system

CONCERN: Import Failed
CAUSE: In Plan Start Month expected Month but there is codes. 
CORRECTION: File will not be imported in such scenario it will throw Import failed error.. To import successfully you need to provide valid values.
Correction :
Expected: Instead of file import successfully, it should be reflect in bad file. for that code changes has been given.
We have verified above mentioned issue on LB comany [ACA Automation].Its working fine.
Currently for incorrect data, now workterra system creating a .bad file.
Now user can check bad file and correct data and re import the data
