Should not be able to delete Generic Eligibility Rule from system if used under -
- 1095 B/C Reports.
- Multi-Employer Eligibility Rule.
- IRS Submission User Correction.
- 1095-C Employee class wise rate configuration.
- Measurement and Stability.
