I have originally mapped "BillingDataFields Providerwise Vendor Number" on field mapping, but when I save it & come back into the sub template, it switches the name to "Enrollment Providerwise Vendor Number".

Hi Monika Demla,
We have verified and deployed the fix on production today. Mapping of providerwise Export fields on billing data templates are working as expected.
Can you please check this at your side and close the JIRA ?

Verified this fix on Stage on City of Walnut Creek for HSPL and it is working as expected.
Ready for Production
Verified this on LB for billing data type template with below scenarios
1) Mapping Providerwise Billing Data fields and Save
2) Unmapping these fields and save.
3) Deleting the fields from sub templates.
4) Cloning the templates to same company .
5) Cloning the templates to different company.
6) Exporting files manually
All scenarios working fine . Ready for stage
Following are the 3C's for above issue.
Concern: Display field name on mapping screen and sub-template screen mismatch after field being mapped.
Cause: The issue is because of the case while fetching the mapped field on sub-template screen were not added for billing data fields.
Correction: We have added the case for billing date fields, in future this error will not come.
