System messages can be empty now. We are checking different pages where system messages and popups are displayed.
If system message is empty it will not be shown and if popup description is empty then popup will not be shown on that page.

I have verified following pages on LB for test company CAISO. Implementation of empty system message and empty popup description is working as expected.
Proof of coverage
Total compensation statement
Beneficiary
Confirmation statement
Primary Care Provider
Primary Care Provider(Enroll Now)

However, for following pages implementation is not working. Hence re-opening the ticket on LB
1. Enroll Now - Fail
2. Upload documents - Fail

Above mentioned points are marked as Fail since there was no action happening on click of Save button. Hence the blank messages was not getting saved.

Above mentioned points are marked as Fail since there was no action happening on click of Save button. Hence the blank messages was not getting saved.

Cause : The condition of blank message was not correctly checked on these 2 pages. So it was not saving the blank message.

Correction : The condition of blank message is checked now on these 2 pages and it is working properly.

Yes you can start.

Please check all pages with earlier discussed scenarios as well as following new scenarios with employee,partner and admin login :
1]Check popup description message with only spaces.
2] Check for new line in popup description message.
3] Check if popup message is not set on that particular page. (for server error)
