Step To Repro -
1.Login to application
2.Add new employee + child
3.Enrolled into medical plan - WT_4579
4.Now run 1095C
5.Import dependent code correction
6.Edit 95C and select "Apply User Correction" - Yes
7.Click on "Save and Run"
Actual - same dependent record repeat
Expected - It should display only one record
