Hello,
Who manages the employees and documents completed during the OnBoard tours? I tried logging in as a standard Admin and didn't see any of the information completed during the tours. I also tried logging in as the Recruit Hiring Manager and didn't have access.
Can you please clarify what type of user will have access to manage Onboarding employees? How will we set up the Company Admins with access? Will we have to create a ticket and request it?
Will you please create an Admin account in LONG that has access to Onboarding so that we may complete testing?

1) Who manages the employees and documents completed during the OnBoard tours?
Harbinger comments - Partner user , broker user, company admin user can manage employees with onboard .
Employees can login and go through tour workflow.
2) I tried logging in as a standard Admin and didn't see any of the information completed during the tours. I also tried logging in as the Recruit Hiring Manager and didn't have access.

Harbinger comments - We have created policy for company admin with name "Company Admin Onboard + Benadmin" and mapped it to LONG company.
Please login through partner login -> Select LONG company -> Go to Admin users page -> Select an admin -> Change policy to "Company Admin Onboard + Benadmin" as per screenshot and save the page.

Swapnil Pandhare I updated the Admin user per your instruction and the access is the same. There is still no area to view any of the documents the employee completed in the tour. Nor does the employee have the ability to view or download any of the documents that they completed.

Following points which we can explore in OnBoard:
1] You can check tour's progress status in widgets as :
2] If employee submitted forms through tour then we can get forms in
Partner/Broker/Company Admin Login --> Search Employee and go to Employee Home --> Customizer --> Additional Forms
3] If Add form in Menu check is marked for specific form in Form Builder then employees can view these forms in their login
If you still have doubt, Please give us details about Employee documents upload forms which you can not see.

Hi Swapnil Pandhare,
Employees still cannot view the forms. I tried from the employee home section and also in onboard.
Also, the employer can view the form using the side menu like you suggested however they will need to be able to download the form to print or save. Or if they could create a report for an employee that maybe generates all the forms to download or save..?
Can you please mention specific form which is not viewable to employee and attach screenshot to look further ?
Also, if fields from forms are mapped on report, report can be seen for all employees.

None of the forms that we added to the tour are shown to the employee after completion. Here is an example:

Employee Manual Receipt
Employers/Clients should have a way to download the forms that have been completed for the employee’s file or to provide upon request. I don’t see where they would be able to do so here. Neither can the employee.
Forms should be available for viewing in the Onboard module, not the BenAdmin module. Otherwise, clients that want Onboard but not BenAdmin will not be able to view forms.
1) Once you add forms in menus in form builder , those are visible to Company admins/ Partner login. After selecting employee from search employee page, Forms are viewable without selecting any module to Company admin under menu " Employee->Additional Forms ".

2)If you want to show these forms to employees also, you have to add those forms in Employee data screen as follows.
Steps > 1) Using partner login, select company information> Employee data screen
2) Move forms which you want to show to employee,
move those from Left listbox to right listbox ==>
By doing this, these forms will be visible in New hire workflow also.
Also, even if , client doesn't take Benadmin, forms will be visible to employee, without selecting any module.

I added the forms to the employee screens as suggested. Employee can view forms. When viewing forms, error appears.

For Demo purpose, we have fixed this error on stage.
Now ,the error won't appear on form load on stage.

3C's:
Concern : Not able access or getting server error on pages in tours.
Cause : Page Level access rights were not for these pages which contains sign control.
Correction : Page Level access rights are assigned to specific pages for signature.

Verified the fix on Local (wt-stage) environment, now server error is not displaying while traversing tour and completed forms are visible after tour completion. We can deploy fix to Stage.

All pages are displaying with no errors. I noticed that once they display in the main menu they are displayed out of order.
During testing I noticed that on one of the forms it is not saving the information selected in a mandatory field. I reported it on a separate ticket, WT-8117.
